Who We Are: Building Group Tours for 20 Years

Leticia lives and breathes for travel, making her the perfect person to head up our Product team. Born in Northern Spain, Leticia grew up between Castilla y Leon and the Mediterranean and became involved in the tourism industry from a young age. After obtaining a Tourism and Business degree, she moved to the United Kingdom and completed her postgraduate studies in Tourism Marketing.

Born and raised in Southern Italy, Imma is a Mediterranean girl at heart but has always felt a strong desire to explore new places. Imma’s greatest passion is travelling and she finds immense joy in uncovering hidden gems, connecting with locals, and embracing the beauty of the unknown. This passion ties together Imma’s personal and professional goals: to travel the world, expand her cultural horizons and design once-in-a-life-time experiences for all of our clients.

Madhushika, also known as Madhu, hails from Sri Lanka and has just recently moved to the UK. However, this is not her first time on UK soil, having obtained a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification and a Master’s degree from the University of Wales. After her studies, Madhu worked in banking and telecommunication before going on to work at three different Destination Management Companies in Sri Lanka. 

A Parisian by birth and a global traveler at heart, Helena has explored nearly 50 countries—with many more on her list! Detail-oriented and solution-driven, she thrives under pressure, ensuring seamless tours and the best possible outcomes.

Serena, our Tour Planner Supervisor, hails from Italy where she obtained a degree in Tourism Management and Economics. Now, she lives in the UK where she has been working in the travel industry for over 7 years. With her multilingual abilities, strong customer service skills, expert organisation and attention to deal, Serena’s personalised, hands-on approach lets our clients know that they are in good hands.

Vlad prides himself on always being professional and staying cool under pressure. This makes him the Tour Planner that our clients love to work with. As an accomplished professional with expertise in tour management, strategic planning and decision-making in high-pressure situations, Vlad consistently delivers his tours to the highest standards.

Liudmyla is a passionate Tour Planner who began her tourism career in Kyiv, Ukraine where she graduated from Kyiv Pedagogical University and the Kyiv University of Translators. She went on to become an accredited tour guide in Kyiv. Her experience in guiding tours has made her an expert communicator and has equipped her with the skills to remain focused on the task at hand while under pressure.

A Japan expert, Klemen hails from Ljubljana, Slovenia, with a degree in Japanese and Chinese Studies. He furthered his education in Japan and China and now speaks six languages—working on his seventh!

As Strategic Delivery Manager, Valeria connects big-picture strategy with seamless execution. She drives key initiatives across teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable impact while keeping projects on track from concept to delivery.

Kurt joined Group Tour Shop as our Regional Sales Manager in 2024, becoming the newest member of the Group Tour Shop family. With a demonstrated history working in the travel industry, Kurt is excited to bring his expertise as a Regional Sales Manager to our clients. Kurt is looking forward to growing a strong client base and building his own sales team. 

Before moving to London, Magdalena spent most of her life in Bulgaria, where she built a successful career as a tour guide, tour leader, and travel coordinator. Travel and languages have always been her greatest passions.

Hakim Ajraibi brings a wealth of experience across two industries and two countries: Morocco and France. Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise in premium service, management, and customer relations.
